Viking Thor Hammer Pendant with Ram Head, Face of Thor, and Stainless Steel Chain

Perhaps the most recognizable symbol of Norse mythology is the hammer, symbolizing strength, protection, and the power of Thor. Numerous interpretations of this symbol appeared over the centuries as Norse or Viking art styles changed. Mjolnir artifacts have been found with a wide variety of artistically styled animal heads, knotwork patterns, faces, runes, and silhouette profiles. We kept the design of this one pretty basic and straightforward. It focuses on the symbol's personification of Strength, with a ram head at the top and the face of Thor on the body and head of the hammer. This pendant has a nice hefty weight to it, as it is double-sided and made of highly polished stainless steel. The 24 inch long braided stainless steel chain shown in the photos is also included!
