Raven on Branch Pendant
Ravens have always had a strong place in the mythology and folklore of ancient cultures. They were often considered spiritual guides and symbols of the mystery surrounding life and death. Norse mythology, in particular, associated ravens with the god Odin, and believed he used two ravens, named Hugin and Munin, as his scouts and eyes to see the world. So we designed this pendant with Norse mythology in mind, and the back of the pendant has a large Helm of Awe protection symbol on it, surrounded by other Norse runes. The message on the back is meant to be intentionally cryptic, using a combination of Norse Elder Futhark runes and rune variants from other "alphabets". The combined usage is meant to be more mysterious instead of having a direct literal translation. Overall, the message references the after-life, and to live forever in the world of Valhalla... Please see below for more details.
