Viking Ouroboros Dragon Pendant

The Ouroboros is an ancient symbol which typically depicts a snake or dragon eating its own tail. It symbolizes the unity of all things, material and spiritual, which never disappear but perpetually change form in an eternal cycle of destruction and re-creation. We designed this pendant with Norse mythology in mind due to the many tales of dragons and serpents. In ancient Norse culture, Dragons, Serpents, Eels, Worms, Millipedes, and generally anything that slithered was all considered the same class of creatures. That's why there's often some ambiguity as to what is a dragon or a snake or a serpent. So whichever serpent or dragon of Norse mythology you think this happens to portray, we think it's simply awesome and epic, and we enjoyed creating it.
