Hand-Forged Steel Norse Spear Head - Gungnir, the Spear of Odin - Blacksmith Made
Gungnir was the name of Odin's magical spear that was crafted by Dwarves and was so well-balanced it never missed its target. We made this spear head with that in mind, adorning it with an etching resembling traditional Norse knotwork featuring the two wolves of Odin, name Geri and Freki. The exterior creates a beautiful contrast of shiny silver and dark grey, and reflects the natural beauty of the forging process. The shape of this spear head is similar to Leaf Spears, only this one is slightly narrower, making it something that would have been better suited for puncturing armor.
