Large 34 Inch Gold Egyptian Pharoah Shield with Triangle Border Pattern

This is a custom-made, one-of-a-kind wooden shield with an Egyptian Pharaoh design painted over a gleaming metallic gold background. The triangular "Sun" pattern on the border is black and deep gold. It's made out of a 1/2 inch thick smooth composite wood (which is considerably stronger than plywood). Dual leather straps are used to secure the arm along the back---one intended to be gripped and one strap that goes over the forearm. The shield has also been applied with several coats of varnish to further protect and preserve it from wear. This shield is MASSIVE! It's so big it could be used as a table top, measuring about 34 inches in diameter.
