Viking Valkyrie with Drinking Horn Pendant

According to Norse mythology, the Valkyrie were a host of females that decided who lived and who died in battle. The Valkyries would then escort their chosen dead in the afterlife to Valhalla (the Hall of the Slain). This pendant pays homage to those otherworldly female characters, and measures about 3 cm (or 1.18 inches). It is made of silver-plated pewter. Please note, it is not a double-sided pendant and only had detailing on the front side. A genuine leather neck cord is included.
