Small Tree of Life Pendant with Double-Sided Design
We designed this Tree of Life pendant to be asymmetrical and not shaped as perfectly as some of our others. Because this is typically truer to nature. It’s small in size and looks great, with detailing on both sides.
For more background and context: Many ancient cultures had mythologies and legends surrounding a Tree of Life or a World Tree. Celtic mythology portrayed a tree of life connecting the heavens and the earth. Norse mythology told stories of Yggdrasil, the great tree whose branches connected the nine worlds and continued on into the heavens. Christianity also tells of a Tree of Life in the Old Testament book of Genesis. This wonderful handmade pendant was inspired by all of this rich legacy, but has more of an asymmetrical design than what is commonly seen. It's meant to look like something out of fantasy rather than copying any particular Celtic or Viking art style.
