Viking Raven Torc Bracelet with Odin's Ravens Hugin and Munin
This beautiful hand-crafted Viking torc or bracelet is made of bronze and depicts the head of a raven on each end. Ravens were very important to Viking / Norse mythology, and the ravens shown on this bracelet are meant to represent Odin's two ravens, named Hugin and Munin (or Thought and Memory). According to Norse mythology, these ravens flew around the world and served as Odin's scouts, reporting all they saw and heard back to their master. Bracelets similar to this were actually worn by Viking people many centuries ago, and often served as symbols of family or loyalty. That's why they were sometimes called Oath Rings.
